UPDATE   This limited run is shipping late March 2023!

Description

Presenting a new coach for the Florida East Coast!

The FEC ordered five of these coaches from Pullman-Standard. Delivered in late 1949, three had fluted sides as we offer here, and two were smooth sided. The other  smooth sided cars were assigned to the Illinois Central’s City of Miami.

There is one road name in this run, Hollywood.

Coaches like these were assigned as needed on the many trains that the Florida East Coast were a part of. Trains like: The South Wind, Florida Special, The Champions, Kansas City Florida Special, Royal Palm to name a few. These cars were always is in this scheme, all silver with black lettering.
