Description

The Milwaukee Road had several unique baggage cars. Unique because of their origin. In the case of  baggage 2050, it was  built in the Milwaukee Shops from the parts of several wrecked cars!

There are several CMStP&P baggage cars that had no windows in the doors. This is one of those cars and gives our baggage this unusual look.

This classic car is painted in the UP yellow and gray as the cars were in this time period, when the Milwaukee Road took over from the C&NW (1955) for the UP’s connection into Chicago on it’s ‘City’ trains.

I just received my Carolwood Pacific cars yesterday. They are exquisite! Every attention to detail was paid here, and I can’t thank you enough for putting this into production.  They are going to look amazing, circling my main Street miniatures display.

I am looking forward to many more releases in the new year. I stayed up really late on Christmas to talk to Santa when he came by our house. I asked him for an n-scale SP&S 700, and he said that was out of his league and I’d better call you.

I look forward to continuing to buy trains from my favorite special run train maker. That’s how I think of you now, “The Train Maker”.  And speaking of cool trains, I just received a box loaded with great looking Texas Special cars. Thanks.  I certainly look forward to all the new releases you are planning.
