N SCALE!  GN’s Big Sky Blue Diner Lake Wenatchee

This dining car was one of six built by American Car & Foundry in 1951 for service on the new ‘Mid-Century Empire Builder’. Like the Pullman-Standard diners, all of these cars are named for lakes along the Great Northern’s route.

The Big Sky Blue was applied in 1967. This N Scale model is this version and has no skirts.

This is a Prototype car.

Consider the ‘Jim Hill’s Full Meal Fleet’ for discount on all of the dining car paint schemes coming in this release. Check that out here.
