Description

Atlas has been commissioned to produce this never before version of the SP&S’s ‘workhorse’.  With a total of 29, they had more RS-3’s on their roster than any other diesel.

Expected in the fourth quarter of 2013 with two road numbers and a no number version.  This RS-3 is so popular I am sure many of you will want to number your own so your roster can also be proportionately accurate.
