Description

Presenting two more coaches for the Rock Island!

The Chicago Rock Island & Pacific, or CRIP, ordered four coaches from Pullman-Standard built to Plan 7436, and delivered in late 1940.

We already produced three of the four. The car Hawthorn offered here now, is the fourth.

The car Chisholm Trail was rebuilt from an articulated set in 1951 after that set was in a wreck.

This selection ‘Rock Island- Coach Pair #3’ is for two coaches. We are excited to offer these cars that have never been produced in N Scale before.

These are Classic versions of these cars for the Chicago Rock Island & Pacific. Our past releases have sold very quickly so please don’t be left standing at the station platform.

I just received my Carolwood Pacific cars yesterday. They are exquisite! Every attention to detail was paid here, and I can’t thank you enough for putting this into production.  They are going to look amazing, circling my main Street miniatures display.

And as for your goal of 5 releases a year, I admire your ambition, but I won’t hold it against you if you fall short on that accomplishment.  I’m just thrilled you’re doing such an AWESOME job of releasing this amazing train, and hope you don’t stop until it’s all done!

Many thanks for your superb offerings and beautiful work!
