#10.5 GREAT NORTHERN LEASE REEFERS

This two pack story is just now being told, 17 years after its release.

Description

Released December 2005

These two cars were sold in a sealed (wrapped) two pack. One car Rd#68237. The other car #68205 has a graffiti Rocky in a Santa hat. He has a pen, and pointing (as Rocky does) at his work, showing he remarked Western Fruit Express to Western Fruit ‘cake’ Express. This Santa Rocky was sold face down in the wrapped package. Thus an unopened pack does not even know of what awaits on the opposite side!

The label indicates this is official ‘American Fruit Packer Series, GN 10.5′, meaning it was released between release #10 and #11, (hence 10.5).

See close up photo here also shows the circle AFP marking on the bottom sill of these cars.

Numbers for these cars are assigned: NSC# 05-133  &  NSC# 05-134

And as for your goal of 5 releases a year, I admire your ambition, but I won’t hold it against you if you fall short on that accomplishment.  I’m just thrilled you’re doing such an AWESOME job of releasing this amazing train, and hope you don’t stop until it’s all done!
